Pomegranates are bright red in colour. their skin should feel smooth and they should feel relatively heavy for their size.
store at room temperature for up to 1 week or store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. cut in half then use a small spoon to scoop out the seeds taking care to avoid the bitter white pith.
