DELIVERY DELAYS & COVID19 PRECAUTIONS

ATTENTION VALUED CUSTOMERS 

We have received an overwhelming number of orders due to other delivery services shutting down. We are a small family run business so please be patient with us while we navigate our way through this.

Due to the situation across Australia, there are major shortages on many varieties of fruit and veg.

If something isn’t available at the time we go to purchase that you have ordered on our site we will offer you a refund or a store credit – the choice is yours!

As a precautionary measure to limit our delivery driver’s interaction with customers (and potential exposure), we have implemented a minimal contact policy.

As a precautionary measure to limit our delivery driver’s interaction with customers (and potential exposure), our delivery drivers can not enter your home to help you carry the order in. The order will be left at your door and the driver will either knock or you will receive a text message letting you know your delivery has arrived. 

Deliveries will be made between 3.30pm and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.

We offer free home delivery within the Chinchilla township perimeter.

Online orders must be received by 1 pm on the day of delivery. Any order received after this time may have to be scheduled for delivery the following day.

You will receive a confirmation text message or email to say we have received your order.
